PBAKL 2010 Part II

Nampak gaya tahun ini Yushida03 hanya mampu menjenguk PBAKL lewat diskusi-diskusi dan sisipan entri para bloggers di alam maya sahaja. Kekangan masa dek urusan duniawi berpaksikan kata kunci KERJA menghalang diri ini daripada menjejakkan kaki di Pusat Dagangan Dunia Putra atau akronim tersohornya dalam Bahasa Inggeris PWTC.

Sabtu lepas tak sampai hati nak tinggalkan anak-anak, bila mana Mama nya terpaksa ke KL kerana berkursus. Ahad, memenuhi undangan kekanda untuk makan tengahari bersama-sama. Bila matahari sudah tergelincir (lepas pukul 2 petang lah), terlalu suntuk pula masa yang tinggal. Isnin - Khamis, urusan kerja lah yang paling utama. Jumaat pula, walaupun beban kerja sudah berkurang namun perlu memperkemas persiapan untuk peperiksaan akhir Semester pada Ahad 28/03. Begitu juga Sabtu.

Ahad, hari akhir Pesta Buku adalah juga hari Yushida03 akan menduduki peperiksaan akhir untuk subjek Electrical Power System II. Subjek yang dikatakan 'kacang' oleh junior, tetapi agak susah untuk tahap kuasa pengulangkajian ku yang sudah teroksida lebih 9 tahun ini.

Kesimpulan nya, begitu lah nukilan betapa akan terkuburnya harapan untuk mengadakan sesi lawatan sambil belajar dan jalan-jalan cari makan (buku) di PWTC pada tahun Masehi 2010. Diharapkan agar tahun-tahun mendatang  akan dikurniakan kelapangan yang mencukupi. Amin..

Electrical Power Systems II

Is it true? The rustiness (does the word exist?).. or is it just the lazy me.. But as I can recall I was never a scorer in this type of subject. Furthermore after 9 long years of solitude.. I mean, after graduation.. Hey, I don't even aim to score on this.. Just a normal C will do.. And even that, I have no confidence of getting..

Test 1 was only 14 out of 40 (35%). Passing mark for a C is 50 minimum.. Haishh.

Haishh.. Can the quote of the day do its magic again? "Even though I am blank (don't know the answer), I don't send blank papers (to the lecturer/examiner).." Haishhh..

Ini petikan post sorang forumnis dalam forum mesra.net. Post asal kat sini post #225. Takder cerita pasal hukum hakam apa, cuma info dari segi praktikaliti dan kemunasabahan sesuatu bisnes MLM.

Dalam masa 5 tahun lepas, dah 5 syrikat MLM (tak da la byk sgt) saya ceburi dan boleh dikatakan saya tak da rezeki dengan MLM.
So faham-faham la jodoh saya dengan MLM ni mcm mana.


Ini ada tips yang saya ingin kongsikan pada mereka yang nak join MLM.
Ingat!! saya tak kata MLM penipu, Saya just kata saya tak da jodoh k.
90% (kalau tak silap ar) hasil ekonomi Amerika adalah datang dari MLM (Ini Fakta!)


MLM mmg boleh buat duit sekiranya anda tergolong dalam kategori manusia yang berikut.
-Anda seorang manusia yang tidak mudah mutus asa!


Ya, itu saja rahsia yang perlu anda tahu.

Sekiranya anda tergolong dalam kategori diatas, anda bolehlah melakukan sedikit kajian mengenai Syarikat MLM yang anda ceburi.
Ini penting untuk masa depan anda. Kalau tidak sampai mati pun anda tak kan berjaya melainkan tuah menyebelahi anda.


ok, ni antara benda penting yang perlu anda tahu sebelum join mana-mana MLM.
1. Kaji Sistem Rangkaian yang anda nak join. (Sama ada jenis networking or selling, saya sarankan anda masuk yang selling)
2. Latar belakang syarikat (Jgn cari yang dah nak bankrupt!! Lihat sijil2 yang diperolehi)
3. Produk yang ditawarkan (Sama ada diterima dipasaran Malaysia atau tidak. Kaji ikut tempat masing-masing)
4. Sistem Ganjaran (Adil atau tak. Kalau sistem dok bagi orang atas duit baik jgn masuk)
5. Sistem Pendidikan (Lihat ada sistem ini atau tidak. Penting untuk Produk Knowledge)
6. Budaya dalam syarikat tersebut (Lihat sama ada ahlinya suka tolong tanpa mengira line, subline dan sebgainya)
7. Peluang Global (Bermaksud kat luar negara pn ada. Cth, Kalau anda pergi singapura anda leh pasarkan produk anda atau tidak)
8. Kaedah Pemasaran (Kaji Cara promosi)
9. PALING PENTING - ALAT BANTUAN JUALAN (Tanpa alat jualan anda tak dapat wat pape, anda nak berniaga mcm mana kalau tak da alat untuk demonstrasi?
cth alat bantuan jualan: Buku yang penuh dengan maklumat produk, CD dalam bentuk Video atau Audit, Kisah-kisah kejayaan,
Tips dari doktor untuk produk kesihatan dan sebagainya)


Ok, itu saja yang saya ingin kongsikan.
Untuk berjaya dalam pape bisnes pn anda perlu ada komitmen dan jgn mudah putus asa.
Itu basic berniaga.
Apa-apa pn tetapkan matlamat, buat sedikit kajian dan jalankan. Jgn tunggu2!
tak de benda dlm dunia ni yang leh bg anda duit free. So jgn berangan!! No pain no Gain!!


Dan untuk memulakan sesuatu perniagaan anda perlu ada 3 perkara ni:
1. Mentor (Sifu yang boleh membimbing anda)
2. Ilmu (Ilmu mengenai bidang niaga yang anda nak join)
3. Sistem (Flow atau langkah orang yang dah berjaya. Just copy and paste dalam otak anda)

Lately the entries have become moreless like diary writings to me.. hey, after all it's 'blog merapu whateva suka ati aku' rite..

1) Waja WMW has cooled down. However the problem is never resolved n remain a mystery. Mystery or not, now driving it become somewhat like a minor adventure to me. I never know when it will suddenly 'throw a tantrum' again. maybe it become irritated or hurt by something that I've said? Haisshh.. there are no such thing. A car is a car which has no soul, only an engine plus some more parts to make it able to move around.

2) Wife has joined this so-called ala MLM business by the name of Uptrend. I am not encouraging but at the same time did not do anything to stop her. This business has claimed recognition from JAKIM (?- or whateva Islamic authority, can't remember. It's not stated in their frontpage anyway). Yet Ustaz Zaharuddin Ab Rahman, a renowned Malaysian scholar in Islamic finance in general, in reference to his comments here has hinted that Uptrend may content some elements of syubhah, which could lead to Haram.. Haishh... He never mentioned the status in black n white.. He's sort of give the info, n let us think n decide for ourselves.. haisshh.

PBAKL 2010

Pesta Buku.. how apt the word is.. like the pesta.. something cheerful. like a fest.. with many people of all ages merrily attending the Pesta..

Sadly, as of now.. still cannot find the time to give it a go.. seeing books, even not actually reading them.. is like a euphoria to me.. books are sources of wisdom n knowledges.. n books can also be  escapism from the reality..

The irony of it

I want to shed my weight yet I am so shy to the extend that I cannot jog in front of many.. Haissh.

I cannot agree more. Always take myself as a good example. Quite a 'scorer' at school level, yet I failed miserably in my tertiary education. Just lucky to still be able to obtain a degree with a relatively low average CGPA.
Many of my schoolmates who used to be 'average', now excel in works and life in general more than I do..
The scar never really heals despite the passing years. The confidence never comes back.

Waja Breakdown Part 2 (Edisi Back to BM)

Haishh.. kena mengaku aku lagi laju berbahasa melayu daripada berPPSMI.


Waja breakdown? Ha'ah. Lagi sekali. dalam 1/2 jam jer selepas ambik dari wokshop. Hantu betul. Masa test drive tu ok jer. Settle payment barang + upah, aku drive hala ke PBD sekali teringat kad TnG masih dalam MyVi kesayangan Queen of my Heart (cheh). 


Aku pun tuka halatuju ke SMK Seksyen 10. Tunggu Puan Bini, ambik kad, sekali masa u-turn nak kuar, haahhh tu dia, stalled lagi sekali... berpeluh-peluh aku dalam ekon waja no 2.. kira sejuk gak la tu walaupun waja glemer dgn ekon yg menjukbekukan driver tapi penumpang kepanasan..


Helo kat Wan pomen.. sementara tu sib baik ada sorang brader parents budak sekolah tu dia mekanik gak. Dia godek-godek sikit, dapat la waja aku tu alih ke tepi jalan. Kalu tak, mau jadi perhatian murid-murid sekolah  dan mak ayah diorang..


Sekali Wan pomen datang, dia test, ok jer.. hek elleh... waja ni... last-last Wan kata bagi dia pakai keta ni barang semalam. Kalu apa-apa nak jadi biar jadi kat dia baru dia tau macam mana... Hmmm ok la labu.. han pomen, hang tau la kot.. 


Maka bawak MyVi lagi la aku ke PBD petang ni.. ni kena rushing ambik Puan bini lak ni adeiihhh...

Waja breakdown

Gearbox problem, or clutch problem? It's not even 5 years old yet.. huh.
Now have to resort to my wife's ride. Hopefully it's not major, can be rectified in short time n most of all dont cost that much. 
Everything is in time constraint now coz we are both working. Have to run from the office to drive her to the school n in the afternoon have to fetch her again. 
Luckily it's approaching school holidays. Whatever it is, hope that it can be rectified before the holiday ends. Amin..

100kg

That's the current weight... Hmm.. an increase of 2kg from December 2009.


Food intake? Reduced already but I guess it's far from enough. Moreover I dont really think it's the quantity of food or the type of food, for it has been virtually very small change of the eating habit since the last 5 years, maybe. The food intake has been generous since my schooldays.


Jogging? Exercise? That's where the true problem lies.. Physical activities, sports etc has become a very rare occassion nowadays..

Germany 0 Argentina 1

if it was a knock-out phase in a major tournament, i'd be close to crying now.. hahahaa.. but it's a friendly.. but a friendly vs a traditional powerhouse like argentina is always better than others.


first, the goal. Adler was helpless. He was right in coming out, the prob is if he decided that he must certain to get the ball. He missed that, n it was on the mercy of Higuain. Credit also to Higuain tho. Some players will still miss from that distance.


Defense is ok. Mertesacker is slowly cemented his place in that CB position. Tasci looks slightly improved, tho his clumsiness in NT jersey still showed at times. J. Boateng? he's not that bad, just that RB is clearly not his best position. he's doing ok but there are certainly someone(s) who's better than him?


It was an even battle in midfield. Ozil doesnt looked his best tho. Similar to his club form, i guess. Mueller doing ok in his debut. Kroos did not have that much time but i think he deserve more chances. Ballack looked sluggish at times quite ironic as his performance at Chelsea has been considerably good. He missed one decent chance when he misplaced his header, of which i think he could have instead used his foot, considering time n space that he had. Podolski proved that he provides good attacking options on the left side. i would like to see Jansen there but it did not happen.


Attack - Klose and Gomez just doing ok for their standard but Cacau definitely showed some determination. The Argentine defense certainly managed to put enough pressure to keep them at bay most of the time. Something for Loew to ponder to, maybe.


all in all i think it's a fair result. finished 0-1, i think the game could have gone either way. limited chances for both teams, however i think Argentina got the better ones. Germany needs to exert more pressure to Argentine defense (or any other defense in future) and create more chances.

Allah is great. 


It is sad. True. However I take a different POV. Her death reveals much more of the dire situation in today's society. Man and woman living together outside marital ties, who cares? And some even report that the couple have a child together, which i'm not sure whether it's true or not. It's suspicious indeed, since the husband is in jail since 2006 and the child is only 18 months old. Am not sure whether the authority in Malaysia permits the so-called appointment for 'nafkah batin' for the convicted?
